The Consult
In just 60 minutes you’ll gain a clear picture of the training, development and well being needs of yourself and your team, and some next steps that could work well for you. If you are a Christian leader we can also look at where things stand from a spiritual formation point of view, and how to move forward here also.
How it works
You will have some simple ‘homework’ to do before a phone or video call with Claire. By the end of your time you will have a clear picture of achievable next steps for you and your team. Not only will Claire then send you a written report so you have a record of our conversation but you will also have lifetime access to some great resources that will encourage you in your leadership.
