A free course for anyone who suffers from depression or anxiety, for carers, or for those who would like to know more.

“I am not alone. I have a good insight. Not to give up.”

“I can now make better choices! It has helped to hear other people’s experiences of depression and their ideas for coping with it.”

“That there is hope, and there is light at the end of the tunnel.”

“It has helped to be able to explain my yo-yoing emotions to those around me so that they can better understand. It has given me tools to use going forward to help things to improve.”

The course will be a mixture of small group time and large group presentations. Carers will be in a small group together during small group time (led by Claire Bankole) whilst those of us who are struggling with depression and anxiety will be in small groups together led by Anika Parker and others who have been on the journey as well.
